On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the Holy Church of the Annunciation of the Theotokos in Busan celebrated the Sacrament of Marriage, uniting Alexandros Pengenika and Soteria Han, daughter of Fr. Alexandros Han and Presvytera Patapia Yoon.
The Metropolitan of Korea and Exarch of Japan, Ambrosios, celebrated the Sacrament with the priests Fr. Alexandros Han, Fr. Jeremiah Cho, Fr. Hilarion Jeong, and Fr. John Park, as well as Deacon Christopher Jonker.
Many guests took part in the joy of the newlyweds. Especially many were those who came from the parish of St. Nicholas, Seoul, to share in the joy of the day. Following the celebration of the holy Sacrament, a wedding banquet and musical program took place, and everyone had the opportunity to congratulate the newlyweds.
The parents of the newlyweds express their deep gratitude to His Eminence, to the Priests, and to all who came from afar to take part in the joy of their children. They also warmly thank everyone who helped and supported them in every way in preparing for the wedding.
