Educational Visit by Students of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS)

On Saturday, November 9, 2024, after the Holy Services of Matins and the Divine Liturgy in memory of St. Nektarios of Aegina at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Seoul, the students of the Department of Greek Studies of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) paid an educational visit.

First, the students were offered lunch and then guided to the Museum of Greco-Roman Art, the chapel of St. Maximus the Greek, where the relics from the beginning of the mission in Korea are kept, and the Cathedral of St. Nicholas. 

In the context of the course at HUFS of Dr. Eleni Hyewon Cho “Introduction to Modern Greece”, a lecture was given in the church to the students on the religion of modern Greeks, which was accompanied by questions and answers.
