On Saturday, November 12, 2022, a baptismal Divine Liturgy has held in the Holy Church of St. Maximos the Greek in Seoul, during which Sophia Sion Kwon, daughter of Dionysios Saebyeok Kwon and Katerina Hyunjin Park, granddaughter of Presbytera Haris Sinsil Hwang and late father Pavlos Eongeon Kwon as well as Soteria Miya Kim daughter of Emmanuel Haneul Kim and Katerina Martynenko received the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Chrismation. It should be noted that the blessed Metropolitan Soterios had blessed Soteria while in the womb of her mother, who was born three days before His passing away. Upon hearing of her birth, the late Metropolitan rejoiced when sent his blessings. For this reason, the parents of Soteria gave their daughter the name Soteria in honor and memory of the late Metropolitan Soterios.
