On Saturday, October 24th, 2020, Yoo Dong-Gyun, Mayor of Mapo-gu and Cho Young-Deok, President of Mapo-gu Council visited St. Nicholas Cathedral accompanied by a number of officials serving in the Mapo-gu Office.
The Mapo-gu Office currently operates its own program to present and promote the valuable and attractive sites within its boundaries.
We hope that this visit program will serve as a precious chance for the citizens of Seoul to discover, not only St. Nicholas Cathedral with its beautiful frescoes and icons but also the values of the Korean Orthodox Church, as the keeper of the spiritual treasures of Christianity.
