On Saturday, March 23, 2024, in the Holy Church of the Annunciation of the Theotokos in Busan, a solemn Great Verpers and a celebration of the Service of Artoklasia was held. Then, after the distribution of the Artoklasia, the participants had the opportunity to talk with their Parish Priest Fr. Alexander Han about the Annunciation of the Theotokos through Biblical and Patristic texts. The faithful benefited greatly and wished to each other to have rich blessings from the Lord and the intercessions of the Blessed Mother.
The next day, Sunday, March 24, many members of the parish participated in the Feast Day at Orthros and the Divine Liturgy, at the end of which there was a procession of the holy icons in the Church’s tradition for the Sunday of Orthodoxy. After the Liturgy, a rich festive meal of love was served to everyone present. A variety of delicious food was prepared by a group of women from the previous day. All the participants enjoyed enormously this spiritual and material feast as well as having the chance to communicate with each other under the shelter of the Virgin Mary.
