The weekend of the Feast of St. Peter and Paul and the Synaxis of the Twelve Apostles was celebrated with spiritual joy at St. Paul’s Parish in Incheon City.
On Saturday, June 29, Theodore Shin, the fourth child of Spyridon Shin Jae-woo and Christina Shin, was baptized. Congratulations to the new convert, his brother and sisters, and his parents. May, by the grace of our Lord, grow up as a faithful Orthodox Christian.
On Sunday, June 30, Metropolitan Ambrosios of Korea and Exarch of Japan visited the celebrating parish, who, together with the Protopresbyter Fr. Daniel Na, held the Orthros, the Divine Liturgy, the litany inside the church due to rain and the Artoklasia. This was followed by a solemn communal Agape Meal with the congregation participating. The Metropolitan during the Holy Liturgy and the common Agape Meal delivered a speech of edification and supplication and thanked all those who worked to prepare the celebration.
