On Saturday of Lazarus, according to the ancient ecclesiastical order, a baptismal Divine Liturgy was held at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Seoul, during which nine of our brothers and sisters became members of the Orthodox Church through the Sacraments of Baptism and Chrism,.
Their Baptism took place at the Baptistery of St. Maximus the Greek and then, chanting “Whoever has been baptized in Christ…”, they all went in procession to St. Nicholas Cathedral for the continuation of the baptismal Divine Liturgy.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy, a lecture on the Orthodox Church was given in the Hall of the Missionary Center to about a hundred thirty or so heterodox students of theology who visited our Church under a special program under the name “Orthodox Day”.
